This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made with Hotel Country Heights.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms depend on the room type, rate plan and how close to arrival you cancel. The terms that apply to your booking are shown before you pay and in your confirmation.

How Refunds Are Paid

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed, it can take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.

No-Shows & Early Departure

Bookings where the guest does not arrive, or leaves before the booked check-out date, may not be eligible for a refund of the unused nights.

Changes To Your Booking

Date changes are subject to availability and any difference in rate. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.
