These terms apply to every stay at Hotel Country Heights. Please read them before confirming your booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is from 01:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.

Rates & Payment

Rates are per room per night unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where shown. Additional services such as meals or transfers are billed separately.

Conduct & Property

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. The hotel may refuse service to guests whose behaviour disturbs others.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal valuables left unattended. Please use care with your belongings during your stay.

Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of booking applies to your stay.
